Photo-Brush has support for TWAIN 32 compatible scanners.

You can even use 32 bits scanners such as film scanners.

New Version 1.5 has build in powerful Auto Dust Removal system. (You can find it on Scanning Bar or in menu Filters-Noise-Dust Removal)
