First you have to install the English version mmbld47.zip
Then download FrSetup.exe and run
it. It will add MMBuilderFr.exe to the current MMB 4.7 installation
and you can use both English version (MMBuilder.exe) or French version
(MMBuilderFr.exe)
 German version of MMBuilder.exe

Download mmb47-de.zip and unpack it. Read info.txt
