Note: The Codebot will be off for maintenance and database upgrade starting the week of June 16 and may not send any code back until the maintenance is finished

Lost registration Code

Most of the e-mails I get are about lost registration code.
This became almost a full-time job and it prevent me to do other more creative things. (Don't ask)
So I created this cheerful software called CodeBOT which is supposed to do this by itself. (Just look at him on the left - doesn't he look already determined and ready to carry the task?)
This pal has his very own e-maill address which he checks every minute or so. (Yes, even THAT thing can have his e-mail address - welcome to digital age) All you need to do is to send him an e-mail
to from the e-mail account you used during registration (important!) and put a Subject Lost Code so he knows it isn't a spam. He reads the e-mail, search all databases and my own e-mails and the result will be send to you. Hopefully he won't send you any of my private correspondence. You never know with these bots especially if they look like this one.

Also don't get too personal with him neither...

Note: The CodeBOT is still young so he may have some comunication problems...

News: In recent months the CodeBot was a bit ill after reading a particular number of spam messages creating delays or sending the same messages few times. Now it is healead and should work better.

You can optionally click on this button bellow which will open a form where you simply fill the e-mail address and press Send.

Note: It is vital that you use the same e-maill address as during registration because that's what the little BOT is looking for. Also the subject must be Lost Code otherwise Bot will ignore it as a spam.

CodeBOT will send messages only to the address from which it received the "lost code" e-mail and this same address will be also used to look-up the registration info in database.

If you don't remember what e-mail address you used during registration, you can send few separate e-mails - each from your different account.

If you no longer use the e-mail you used during registration, then CodeBOT will be not able to help you. Your other choice would be to write e-mail found in contact.

CodeBOT will answer to all e-mails it receive even if the search was not successful. If you don't get any e-mail back from CodeBOT then you may have some problems receiving or sending e-mails. (..or the CodeBOT has.)

CodeBOT will log all traffic and incoming e-mails.

CodeBOT is (c) MediaChance and it was never tested on animals even if it looks like one. It is also freaon free and mostly organics. (No MSG neither)
